What we collect
The only information this site collects is what you submit through the enquiry form on our Contact page: your name, company name, work email address, fulfilment type, monthly volume and a description of your product range. We don't use cookies, analytics or any other tracking technology, so we don't collect anything about you just from browsing the site.
Why we collect it
We use the details you submit for one purpose: to understand your enquiry and respond to it. We rely on legitimate interest as the lawful basis for this, since you've provided the information specifically to start a conversation with us about fulfilment.
How it's handled
When you submit the form, it's sent as an email to our team using Resend, an email delivery service. We don't store submissions in a database on this site. We won't sell, share or use your details for marketing without asking you first, and we won't pass them to any third party except where needed to respond to your enquiry (for example, email delivery via Resend).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and follow up on the conversation, and delete them once that's no longer necessary.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to us using it. To exercise any of these, email us at [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you think we've handled your data incorrectly.
